Egyptian Garlic

Availability – from March to the end of October.

A variety cultivated both in Egypt and Peru under the name Napuri. Not adapted to cultivation in our part of Europe. The shape of the bulb is irregular with a lot of slightly finer cloves.

It is a variety appreciated in Poland as it is the first to open the new season – mainly imported with fresh green leaves, perfectly fits into spring early vegetables season. Garlic from new harvests is characterized by exceptional intensity. At the beginning of May, it is available in a cut form without leaves, with a dried bulb.

Light purple bulbs ranging from 50 to 75 mm.
