The most popular variety grown all over the world. Cultivated at the foot of the Andes, harvested in November due to the climate. Characterized by a large harvest, even up to 15 tons per ha. Large, oblong cloves, total number of 10-12 in the bulb.

Light purple bulbs ranging from 45 to 75 mm.
