Spanish Garlic – Morado

Availability – from August to April.

Winter variety, particularly appreciated for its extraordinary taste and aroma. Its values are similar to our domestic Harnaś.

The cloves are oblong, closely fitting to each other, red-burgundy in color, the shape of the bulb is regular and contains about 10 cloves. Variety planted in late autumn, harvested at the end of July. Productivity 7-10 tons/ha. Bulb sizes from 45 to 65 mm. The peel is light, the clove is intense red, almost burgundy in color.
