Spanish Garlic – Violetta

Availability – from May to March.

Winter, most popular variety, grown all over the world, although less resistant to frost.

Characterized by the largest harvest, up to 15 tons per ha. Large, oblong cloves, total number of 10-12 in the bulb. The earliest variety, harvested in our climate zone already in May. Purple-brown bulbs ranging in size from 45 to 80 mm.
