Spanish Garlic – Blanco
Availability – from July to March.
In the form of industrial garlic, i.e. intended for processing and catering, available in our offer throughout the whole year.
Variety planted in October, characterized by a large harvest, about 12 tons per ha. Large, oblong cloves, total number of 10-12 in the bulb. Harvested at the turn of May and June.
Bulbs ranging in size from 45 to 80 mm are snow-white in color and have a slightly milder, less expressive taste.
